Job Description

  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage risk, ensuring robust internal controls are in place.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and board members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
