Job Description

  • Translate organizational strategy into actionable roadmaps and build a high-performing team.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure solutions using cutting-edge platforms.
  • Oversee CI/CD practices, code reviews, and meet ambitious delivery targets.
  • Manage platform operations, compliance, and service availability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders for successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Digital Transformation & Automation should have:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of experience in automation and low-code platforms (OutSystems and/or UiPath)
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, front-end and back-end frameworks, databases, and security practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 15 developers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, ITIL certification, and regional project exposure.
