  • Develop and steer the enterprise-wide Data Science and AI strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and long‑term objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing data science organisation, establishing best‑in‑class methodologies and ways of working.
  • Deliver impactful advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve retention, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate the organisation's data science and AI maturity, and implement a scalable roadmap to elevate capabilities, adoption, and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic business challenges into high‑impact analytical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Data Science should have:

  • A strong educational background in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of data science methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience in delivering data-driven solutions within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
