Job Description

As Head of Costomer Success for APAC, you will be looking after a fairly large team and engage with regional stakeholders across APAC. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Look after P&L and and KPI performance
  • Develop and execute regional business strategy
  • Define and optimise customer lifecycle
  • Be a part of the leadership team to drive activities post sales
  • Drive cross functional collaborations etc

The Successful Applicant

You will need to have experience in:

  • At least ten years' experience in a technology operation centre type of experience
  • Experience in looking after region and cross cultural collaboration
  • Customer Success experience is key
  • Experienced in managing a fairly large team
  • Experienced in developing a high performing customer team
