Job Description

  • Develop and execute contract management strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Contract Managers, driving performance, growth, and a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring efficient drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
  • Align contracts with commercial goals and regulatory requirements, while proactively mitigating risks.
  • Advise senior management and stakeholders on contract matters, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Legal, Pricing, Product, Operations) to resolve contract queries and assess risks.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance standards, including Related Party Transactions (RPT).
  • Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance contract visibility, tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate contract performance, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and develop team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Contract Management should have:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field such as Law, Business, or Contract Management, or equivalent certification.
  • 7 to 12 years of proven experience in contract management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of end-to-end contract management processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience managing a team in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a large organization.
