About Our Client
We are currently representing our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry that specializes in producing technology products, with over 8 manufacturing sites globally. Having said that, they are looking for dynamic and result oriented candidate for the role of the Head of Compensation and Benefits.
Setting up and revamping the organization's end to end payroll structure and systems.
Well-versed and hands-on in C&B and have proven track record of C&B strategy experience (ie: new benefit proposals, benefit enhancement, designing salary framework)
Familiar with job evaluation methodology and excellent in regression analysis, logic, statistics and mathematics.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and successfully in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills to be able to get buy-ins from management team.
Ensure market competitor analysis and benchmarking are carried out to attract and retain talent through participation in pay and benefits surveys and enable access to current market pay data to support HR Business partners and line managers.
Manage the end-to-end annual pay review process in alignment to Group & Board requirements including preparation and submission of documents and proposals.
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures including collaborating closely with HR Services to ensure employee handbook and any other internal documents.
To execute job evaluation, design and recommend effective job grades and competitive pay range.
Candidates will be working very closely with internal stakeholders across the globe.
The Successful Applicant
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience specializing in compensation & benefits, total rewards or equivalent coming from a manufacturing background.
Experience working with external consultants including but not limited to Mercer, Hays etc is an added advantage.
