Job Description

  • Leading the finance team and managing all aspects of financial control and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Streamlining systems, processes, and controls for effectiveness.
  • Providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Delivering accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Overseeing the preparation of year-end financial statements and tax returns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group FC should have:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a similar role within the retail/FMCG industry.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
