Job Description

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory changes, ensuring timely updates to compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance-related matters.
  • Support the management team in addressing compliance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting as required.
  • Establish and maintain effective compliance monitoring systems.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Compliance Officer should have:
