Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market mapping exercises, identifying key hiring managers in target organisations and engaging with them sell our recruitment services.
  • Proactively meeting with candidates in your market to develop a candidate pool and to be able to represent those candidates to suitable roles.
  • You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
  • You will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
  • Providing clients with market information and salary guides to assist them in strategic decision making.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for those with:

  • Experience in a sales or recruitment environment will be highly regarded, although not essential.
  • An energetic, positive and engaging personality and communication style. This job is about people engagement and influencing, so you will need to be comfortable speaking with new people often!
  • A competitive spirit and a natural drive to succeed are essential.
