That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.Providing clients with market information and salary guides to assist them in strategic decision making.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for those with:Experience in a sales or recruitment environment will be highly regarded, although not essential.An energetic, positive and engaging personality and communication style.
