Job Description

  • Provide technical support for contact center systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems in the contact center environment.
  • Assist in implementing system updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to address technical concerns and provide solutions.
  • Document technical processes and issues for reference and continuous improvement.
  • Train and support team members on using contact center systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all IT operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English
  • Minimum 1 year of IT-related experience is welcomed (internship or part-time experience will be considered)
  • Basic understanding of IT support, systems, or applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
