This role leads day‑to‑day procurement operations across APAC region, overseeing PR/PO processing, stakeholder alignment, and SLA performance across the APAC region. You will guide junior specialists, manage procurement systems (SAP/Coupa/ServiceNow), and act as the key operational link between suppliers, buyers, and regional procurement leaders.

This role offers exceptional exposure to multi‑country operations, operational leadership, and international stakeholder management within a highly structured global environment.

Job Description

  • Lead regional procurement operations for APAC Region.
  • Manage PR/PO processing, scheduling agreements, and SAP MM transactions.
  • Coordinate with category buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across APAC.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
  • Oversee delivery timelines, supplier confirmations, and manage escalations.
  • Handle procurement ticketing via ServiceNow and support Coupa/B2B workflows.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior procurement specialists.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchasing Team Lead should have:

  • 5+ years procurement experience (especially P2P / operational purchasing).
  • Experience guiding or mentoring junior buyers.
  • SAP MM experience (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and structured work style.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across multi-country teams.
