Job Description

  • Lead and manage the global order management team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting & finance, to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, credit management, and payment processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to align processes with best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Order Management Manager (Shared Services) should have:
