Job Description

  • Facilitate a smooth and efficient experience for customers and brokers utilizing our services.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as the timeliness of local policy issuance and reinsurance premium collection.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in administrative systems.
  • Guarantee the alignment of local insurance policies with global standards and commitments.
  • Perform all tasks in adherence to established operating protocols.
  • Provide assistance to customers, colleagues, and insurance partners with unique queries and special arrangements.
  • Strengthen and nurture relationships with insurance partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Passion for insurance, communication, and global trade.
  • Background in international insurance, fronting business, underwriting, reinsurance, or claims (preferred).
  • Knowledge of non-life products (e.g., Property, Liability, Motor, Financial lines).
  • Strong customer focus, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST HAVE as one would need to support the China region.
