Job Description

  • P&L plant management
  • Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement strategic plans to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align operations with business goals.
  • Manage resources, including procurement and maintenance of equipment.
  • Oversee employee training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess operational success.
  • Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a complex manufacturing environment (preferably with mechatronics and precision components)
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work cross functionally and navigate between technical depth and business strategy
