Job Description

  • Lead and manage the FP&A team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, highlighting trends and recommending actions.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required.
  • Monitor and assess financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional certification being an added advantage.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and the use of advanced Excel functions.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team.
