Job Description

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop, design, and maintain financial forecasts, models, and solvency tests to support business decisions. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including revenue, operating costs, cash flow, and asset utilization.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Manage the company's annual budget process, from planning and preparation to final approval. Monitor budget utilization, conduct variance analysis, and ensure compliance with budget allocations.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and manage external reports for regulators and other stakeholders. Prepare internal reports for management, including KPI dashboards, costing analysis, and financial performance presentations.
  • Business Partnerships: Provide financial support and analysis to business units, including cost reduction strategies, revenue growth opportunities, and feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and guide a team of financial analysts. Drive process improvement projects and participate in decision-making committees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with professional qualifications such as (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW and etc).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the heavy industrial, manufacturing, property, construction or other relevant markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
