They have a very warm and open workplace culture which helps make it a good place for further growth and development.Job Description● Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators● Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of variance● Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan● Manage the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process coordinating inputs from all relevant stakeholders and budget owners● Build the budget and forecast models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors● Prepare adhoc analysis of complex financial and non financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesWorks directly with divisional Sales & Marketing Managers in the reporting and analysis of Sales/COGS information to identify issues and opportunities.Conducts deep-dive sales analysis including productivity by customer/product and provides effective challenge to the Country Leadership, and Sales & Marketing functionsElaborates strategy with business stakeholders, weighing pros and cons and influence toward the best ROI.Support the decision-making process by performing scenario modeling based on a clear business understanding.The Successful ApplicantCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and Professional Qualification of any. (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA)Minimum 5-8 years working experience needed in the related field for this position. Big 4 auditors are encouraged to apply.Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlinesExcellent communication in English. Other languages are a bonusExcellent computer literacy using MS Office Applications.
