Job Description

  • Take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support decision-making, including identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of KPIs to assess financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and incorporate them into financial models and forecasts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes within the shared services environment, enhancing efficiency and control.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is required.
  • 10 years of experience in FP&A or a related financial controller role, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience working in a shared service environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as a sole contributor.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business operations.
