In this role, you will work closely with Commercial FP&A, Controlling, and various Global teams to support the financial performance of the Commercial Organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of FP&A activities, including month-end closing, reporting, analysis, and planning & forecasting to drive insightful business decisions and ensure financial excellence.

Job Description

  • Manage month-end close processes by delivering timely and accurate financial information to business teams.
  • Analyze financial data and provide clear, insightful variance analysis and commentary to support management reporting.
  • Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders to provide input, challenge assumptions, and deliver outputs during forecasting cycles.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners to identify and communicate risks and opportunities throughout the forecasting process, contributing to strategic planning presentations.
  • Support business decisions by providing expert financial insights, addressing ad hoc queries, and contributing to ongoing projects.
  • Uphold corporate governance by ensuring compliance with financial reporting controls.
  • Continuously identify and drive process improvements, focusing on standardization and simplification.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst - FP&A should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • A qualified finance professional (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or FP&A roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience in Power BI dashboard development is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.
