Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in pharmacy channels, while developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth in the sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars tailored to pharmacy channels.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and drive sales.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG or health and wellness industry, with experience in managing pharmacy channels.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy retail sector and experience in personal care and/ or beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-performing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • People management experience would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
