Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in Hypermarket and Supermarket channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned key accounts by executing strategic plans and growth initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within accounts to expand distribution, increase shelf presence, and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive account development and cross-functional execution.
  • Develop and manage annual business plans, sales forecasts, and account-specific promotional calendars.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, sales analyses, and business reviews to track progress and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns that align with marketing plans and drive store traffic, trial, and conversion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on Personal Care, Beauty, or similar categories (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, haircare, hygiene products).
  • Strong experience in managing hypermarkets and supermarkets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • People management experience would be preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
