The Key Account Manager will be responsible to drive strategic business growth with the key retail partners (pharmacies). This role is responsible for managing end-to-end account relationships, executing joint business plans, and ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining brand equity and presence in the market.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, brand visibility strategies, and new product launches in-store or online.
  • Monitor sell-in/sell-out data to optimize stock levels and avoid overstock or out of stock situations.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to improve sales, ROI, and shopper engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and business alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in key account management within FMCG, beauty, skincare or retail industry.
  • Strong track record in handling pharmacy channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, especially in navigating new channels or account listings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Nielsen, Power BI, or retail analytic is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
