Job Description

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies for assigned territories to drive market penetration and business growth.
  • Manage and grow distributor and key account relationships in target markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and propose new market entries or product launches.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of export plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitor activities in each market and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing structures, and promotional plans with distributors and international customers.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and local regulations in each market.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets across international markets.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, particularly in Southeast Asia region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and distributor engagement.
