Job Description



  • Financial Consolidation & Reporting:
    • Oversee the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.


  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for consolidated financial results.
    • Analyze consolidated financial data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.


  • Variance Analysis & Business Insights:
    • Conduct detailed variance analysis on consolidated financial results, comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts.
    • Identify risks and opportunities across the business and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive profitability.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on consolidation, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial consolidation software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex consolidation processes and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
