Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end finance operations for assigned legal entities.
  • Oversee the month-end closing process with support from the shared services team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Act as an approver for procurement activities and ensure compliance with SOX controls.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local statutory requirements, with guidance from external consultants.
  • Oversee timely tax filings and compliance with local tax regulations, in collaboration with local consultants.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial finance experience.
