Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations and group finance matters of the accounting and finance department.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and audits.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience in the property or construction industry is an advantage.
