Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee timely submission of tax filings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives and strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational workflows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
