Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization.
  • Oversee financial operations, including cost control and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and other financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting and finance team.
  • Support decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience within the industrial / manufacturing industry is an advantage.
