Job Description

  • Managing the financial health of the organization
  • Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research
  • Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term
  • Overseeing operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
  • Managing the preparation of the company's budget
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
  • Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Manager' should have:

  • Significant experience in the field of finance and accounting
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
