Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for audits and financial reviews.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting processes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
