Job Description

  • Possess bachelors in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW etc)
  • Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in the Property Development / Construction industry
  • Experienced in full set accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, audit, internal controls, cash management and etc
  • Hands on experience is needed for success

The Successful Applicant

  • Must be hands on in finance & accounting
  • Must possess strong expertise in Property Development / Construction industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
