Job Description

  • Collaborate with global (especially Chinese) product managers and software engineers to ensure successful finance-related systems rollouts.
  • Conduct market research to identify business challenges and customer needs in finance.
  • Design and implement financial product strategies that align with the goals of the finance team and the company.
  • Design new functionalities in the finance system such as financial reporting system, settlement (AR&AP) system, accounting system, tax system, treasury system etc. to support the finance team.
  • Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Daily operations of finance-related systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Product Manager should have:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Prefer Chinese - Mandarin Speaker is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT system project delivery and operations, specifically with finance systems like Oracle, SAP, preferably including experience in financial reporting system ,settlement (AR&AP) system, accounting system, tax system, treasury system etc. Experience in financial system design from 0 to 1 is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.
  • Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Visio, etc.
