Job Description

  • Coordinate with external auditors to provide documents and resolve queries, ensuring timely sign-off of audited financial statements in compliance with Malaysian regulations.
  • Work with tax agents on income tax, transfer pricing, and other tax matters, including analysis, computation, and document preparation.
  • Handle company secretarial matters by liaising with the corporate secretary.
  • Serve as the main contact between the local market and Shared Service Centre (SSC) for smooth AP, AR, and GL operations.
  • Participate in financial closing processes and stock counts, assist with store contract renewals, and support various company projects and duties as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a degree or professional certification in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled with numbers.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong teamwork abilities, and self-motivation, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with SAP software
