Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for a Finance Executive to further add value to the business from a finance perspective.

Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist with preparing financial statements, managing accounts (receivable & payable), general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Cash Flow Champion: Help with cash flow management and forecasting to ensure financial health.
  • AP & AR Expert: Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, handling invoices, payments, and collections efficiently and accurately.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to preparing the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Costing: Undertake costing duties as assigned by your manager.
  • ERP System: Ensure timely and accurate data updates within the ERP system.
  • Process Improvement: Assist with process improvements and automation for better inventory management and data integrity.
  • Record-Keeping: Ensure prompt capture and filing of all documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Finance Executive will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a financial accounting role (or relevant experience)
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines
