Job Description

  • Month-End Close Process:
    • Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
  • Control Environment:
    • Maintain a strong control environment across the region to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Balance Sheet Management:
    • Prioritize the maintenance of a healthy balance sheet position, ensuring financial stability and compliance with financial covenants.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Engage in business partnering with GFS to support strategic initiatives and business goals.
  • Cash Generation Initiatives:
    • Support and drive cash generation initiatives to enhance liquidity and optimize working capital.
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Provide accurate and timely financial information for both direct and indirect tax compliance.
  • Transfer Pricing:
    • Facilitate the accurate transfer pricing information required for new policies and annual revisions.
  • Statutory Reporting:
    • Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely submission of statutory reports and compliance with local regulations.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Offer financial expertise and analysis to support better business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Corporate Governance:
    • Uphold corporate governance standards and ensure effective financial reporting controls are in place.
  • ProcessStandardization and Simplification:
    • Identify opportunities for process standardization and simplification to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.



The Successful Applicant



  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field.
    • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in General Accounting, Controlling, or Tax.
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant.
    • Audit experience is advantageous.



    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clear opinions and explain financial matters to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Experience in change management and fostering engagement.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse global teams.
    • Proficient in SAP.
