Job Description

  • Manage and maintain all field service operations for on-site arrangement.
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance, installation testing & commissioning, on-site repair, troubleshooting and end user training, act as primary point of contact with customer
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prefer someone who are able to handle general service tools in order to provide break down repair for medical equipment.
  • Provide reports on field operations and effectiveness.
  • To conduct user functionality training on medical equipment at customer's site when necessary

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Field Service Executive' should have:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
  • Have solid working experience in the similar position is required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point).
  • Experience in Service/Maintenance/Repair (medical equipment) or equivalent.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawing and schematic diagram.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
