Job Description



  • Customer focussed; engage closely and maintain strong relationship with HCPs and customers.


  • Set and manage sales targets for the team on a regular basis.


  • Leadership; Coach and support team members through field visits and performance reviews.


  • Monitor sales activities and key metrics, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.


  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and business reviews with key clients.


  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance.


  • Handle customer feedback and support resolution of any service issues.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards.


  • Analyze market opportunities and identify new business prospects.


  • Conduct training and development activities to enhance team capability.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.


  • Experience in healthcare, nutrition or pharmaceutical sales industries preferred.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.


  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer focussed and independent sales leader.
  • People management experience is a must.


  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.


  • Willing to travel; valid driver's license required.
