Job Description

  • Manage and grow international sales accounts, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and retail partners across multiple regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets; conduct research and analysis to support strategic entry plans.
  • Work with internal teams to forecast demand, manage seasonal sales cycles, and align international strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Handle pricing, terms of trade, and distribution agreements while ensuring profitability and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution of export sales operations.
  • Deliver regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, distribution models, and export regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English and able to speak and write in Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
