The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation for technical leadership.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive product development experience within the dynamic Electronics Industry, showcasing your deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • An insatiable curiosity for new technologies and a keen ability to translate market insights and customer needs into innovative product concepts.
  • A significant and demonstrable history of successfully developing and delivering impactful electronic products to market.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with strong business acumen and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • A proactive, independent nature with a powerful drive to achieve excellence and make a significant contribution.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to collaborate with partners and stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
