Job Description

  • Manage and update Shopify product listings, landing pages, and site content
  • Optimize product pages for conversion, SEO, and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with developers and external partners to troubleshoot and implement new features
  • Support marketing campaigns with promo codes, discounts, and seasonal mechanics
  • Respond to internal reports of bugs or customer-facing issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operation Specialist - eCommerce (Shopify) should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, ideally with Shopify
  • Proficiency in Shopify CMS and admin tools
  • Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and SEO best practices
