About Our Client
Established in 1961, our client is a multinational company in 23 countries known for manufacturing semiconductor devices used in computers such as CPU, GPU and APU. They are currently looking for a HR service Specialist to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Manages Disti rebate programs in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure Disti revenue accruals are accurately stated.
Solve issue on agreement creation, rebate, and settlement.
Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly report & presentation deck for management review and business partners.
Ensures smooth month end close.
Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, GAAP & SOX key controls.
Participate/Lead in project assignments and process improvements.
Develop and publish weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management
Attend / drive meeting and conference calls.
Support internal and external Audit.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Reviewing and analysing current procedures to recommend and implement changes to standardise activities and integrate into shared services
Participate and lead in cross functional process and system improvement initiatives
Lead the maintenance of a strong control's environment
Drive to meet SLA level in quality and speed
Involve in KPI and metrics tracking and measurement
Prepare analysis, reports & presentation decks to be provided to Management and business partners for strategic decision making.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies / ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification.
5 - 8 years of related working experience.
Proactive, an eye for detail, have an inquisitive mind and have the passion to sharpen your analytical skills.
Positive and can-do attitude, good business partnership skills and possess good communication skills.
Preferable to read and write in Chinese.
Assertive, creative, and ready to work in a changing environment.
A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player.
Willingness to learn and ability to interact at all levels.
Strong Excel proficiency and macro knowledge will be an added advantage.
Able to work under tight deadlines.
Acumen to focus on people, processes and systems
Managing customer relationships and dealing with queries and discrepancies in relation to Disti Rebate Analytics
Close communication and partnership with Internal Audit teams as well as Revenue Mega Process Owner
Focus on more structural problem solving and quality improvement
SAP/ other ERP system knowledge is an added advantage
