Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee administrative operations, such as facilities management, IT, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications - MIA / ACCA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
