Job Description

The role as Digital Marketing Manager is to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company and the education services. Your role will encompass a wide range of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management. But not limited to:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate quality leads.
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility on search engines.
  • Utilise analytic tools (Google Analytic, etc.) to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, designers) to create and optimise content for digital channels.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO-optimised.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Analyse and utilise data insights to drive strategy and improve campaign performance.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should come with expertise in digital marketing within service or subscription-based industry, along with passionate in joining start up environment. You should also meet the following criteria:

  • Excel in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
