About Our Client

Job Description

  • Ensure seamless technology implementation across Cash, Payments, Trade, Loans, and Channels Operations Centers.
  • Analyze business requirements, prepare test cases, and ensure traceability using tools like TOSCA.
  • Collaborate with users to refine test cases and incorporate feedback.
  • Execute manual and automated testing, report defects, and manage defect resolution.
  • Review test results, publish metrics, and provide operational readiness support, including user training.
  • Offer post-implementation support and produce management reports.
  • Lead and manage a team to drive initiatives and meet project timelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Expertise in operations (Swift standards, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, Channels).
  • Strong knowledge of testing or test management life cycles. (Manual & automation Testing)
  • Proficient in computer skills, with analytical and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and resolving issues effectively.
