We're hiring a Demand Planner to take ownership of the S&OP process and forecasting for the India market. This role requires strong presentation skills, independence, and the ability to manage long-range planning in a dynamic, high-demand environment.

Job Description

  • Own and lead the monthly S&OP process, including forecast preparation and presentation.
  • Manage demand planning for the India market, known for its complexity and high variability.
  • Forecast across hundreds of SKUs using Excel.
  • Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align production and inventory strategies.
  • Plan up to 6 months ahead, adapting to evolving market conditions.
  • Navigate challenges in systems and processes with a proactive mindset.
  • Support continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP ownership.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Independent and resilient, able to manage complex market dynamics.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Comfortable working in environments with evolving systems and processes.
  • Experience managing high-SKU portfolios and long-term planning cycles.
