Job Description

  • Master Complex SQL Queries & Optimization: Write and fine-tune advanced SQL queries, including stored procedures, JOINs, GROUP JOINs, and subqueries, to efficiently extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
  • Optimize Database Performance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database performance bottlenecks, optimize query execution plans, and fix data inconsistencies to ensure seamless operations and quick data retrieval for business-critical applications.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making with Power BI: Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, transforming raw data into visually compelling reports that provide actionable insights, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Apply Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Break down complex data challenges, apply logical thinking, and implement strategic solutions to enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate Across Teams for Impactful Insights: Work closely with data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs, optimize database structures, and deliver meaningful reports that align with business goals.
  • Leverage Experience for High-Quality Results: With 4-7 years of hands-on expertise in SQL and Power BI, take ownership of database optimization, ETL processes, and visualization solutions, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

  • SQL Expertise & Performance Optimization: Possesses 4-7 years of experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, including stored procedures, JOINs, GROUP JOINs, and subqueries, ensuring efficient data extraction and manipulation.
  • Database Management & Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and resolving database performance bottlenecks, optimizing query execution, and ensuring data consistency and integrity for seamless operations.
  • Power BI Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Proficient in designing interactive Power BI dashboards, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Capable of breaking down complex data challenges, applying logical thinking, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and streamline workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, optimize database structures, and deliver impactful reporting solutions.
  • Project Management & Communication: Able to manage multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, driving strategic decision-making.
