Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain D365 solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Perform system configuration, installation, and data migration tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Provide end-user support and training on D365 usage.
  • Coordinate with the technology team to integrate D365 with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades.
  • Comply with all industry standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful D365 Business Systems Analyst should have:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with D365.
  • A strong understanding of industrial/manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, installation, and data migration.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
