A prominent Aerospace Service provider is seeking an experienced Customer Support to join their team in the Klang Valley region. With a goal to become the market leader, the company has consistently innovated and grown. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a skilled Customer Support to strengthen their team.

Job Description

  • Handle key customer accounts, provide accurate information, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Track Turn Around Time (TAT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) based on customer agreements; escalate urgent issues when needed.
  • Send timely customer visit reports, weekly updates, and inspection reports; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with logistics for parts and manage scrap replacements and gap issues.
  • Help improve customer service processes, support EHS policies, and back up the Section Manager when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 6 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and strong in planning and self-management.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong in analysis, decision-making, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Well-organized, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
