Job Description

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of inbound and outbound freight forwarding and logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless collaboration with port authorities, shipping agents, and internal teams.
  • Manage customer interactions to maintain high standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality across all logistics and supply chain functions.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and delivered on time.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers and agencies across various countries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Specialist should have:

  • Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding, or logistics, with exposure to operations and customer service.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, working well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Immediate availability to start work is a plus.
