Job Description

  • Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English.
  • Proven customer service and helpdesk experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with customers and diffuse tense situations.
